The Generosity of Friends

We went to Riverdance Friday night..What a show, it was great and well worth the money.

We enjoyed our visit with hardheadedwoman. Had a wonderful, relaxing visit even if she could not convince me to eat *Turtle Soup*, I do not care if it tastes like beef or not. Foxywink and Mr. Wink were wonderful hosts. We left Saturday morning to head to Ohio. Our first stop was in West Lima, Ohio where we met..

 They took us to an Amish restaurant and what a meal. She is a lovely, sweet woman. Her husband was very kind. Her children helped create a care package including a flashlight, goodies to eat and a variety of other items. We will be planning a return trip as they have graciously given us some furniture they are not using. Many wonderful needed items.

We then drove through rain and fog on our way to Mr. K's house. Once again I had my feet on the dash yelling.....OH Lord....make this day end. With the fog and road construction on narrow roads, let's just say it was not the highlight of my life. As we drove down on Mr. K's street, Saturday evening, people must have noticed us and phoned him. His brother who lives two doors down from Joe stated that *Jethro's* Honeymoon suite has arrived. *LOL*

Sunday afternoon Mr. K took us to lunch to meet his beautiful ex-wife Sandy and their son Adam. We went to Wal Mart and took in the local sites. Checking out sites for the chatparty in July. We then came home and relaxed a bit. Tuesday morning begins our last leg of the journey.

On to Virginia Beach where we hope to be arriving on the 15th. Once we get settled there and find a place to live we will be returning to the Ohio area to pick up furniture we have been given. So, for now we remain safe, with the help of our many chathouse friends that we have made over the past few years. We'll never forget the kindness of our friends along the way. This has been an amazing trip meeting people and visiting established friends. And one of you sneaky chatters sent some money for us to Mr. K with strict orders not to tell us from whom. We do not know who you are, but we thank you, though were shocked .......We never mean to take from our friends and certainly never expect you all to do things like this. The money will be used towards securing a new home or apartment, or lot to put up the teepee. *LOL* Everyone seems to like our travel adventure and we thank Chathouse for posting this for your reading enjoyment. Look for a new picture soon. Mr. K has some ornery looks in his eyes.
